Caviar Kaspia introduces the chicest Happy Hour in town. Serving up decadent fare and specialty cocktails, Kaspia invites you to come raise your spirits and help you get through the work week from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday. Order $8 cocktails including mojitos, martinis, bubbly, wine and beer and indulge in a delectable menu including Smoked Salmon and Blinis, Tarama and Brioche Toasts, Potato Au Salmon, etc., all under $10. Guests are welcome to sit outside on the front porch and enjoy “fall” in Miami or unwind inside at the exotic travertine bar and peruse the finest designer collections The Webster has to offer.
