JMOF-FIU will honor Susan Brustman (Culinary Public Relations), Michele Oka Doner (Artist), Mera Rubell (Art Collector /Philanthropist), & Elizabeth F. Schwartz (Lawyer). The ceremony features presentations made by the honorees describing the obstacles and inspirations they encountered on their individual journeys to success. This annual award was established by the museum in 1996 for Jewish women in Florida who have broken the proverbial glass ceiling in professional fields that are normally dominated by men.
