Blue Plate Restaurant at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino has introduced a DJ PJ Breakfast promotion and menu to its weekend offerings. From 9:30 – 2:30 p.m., every Saturday and Sunday, fashionable resort guests and visiting players who don PJs for the DJ will be treated to a complimentary Bloody Mary or Mimosa with the purchase of an entrée.
The $12 special brunch menu (not including tax or gratuity) features a choice of Banana Nut French Toast with caramelized bananas and maple syrup; a Tostada Breakfast with corn tortillas, ranchero sauce, cheddar cheese and short rib hash topped with an egg; Breakfast Sliders with egg whites, turkey sausage, onion jam and fruit, or a Country Chicken Biscuit with fried chicken, an over-easy egg, bacon, sausage gravy and potatoes. Menu selections will vary weekly.
Blue Plate is the resort’s 24/7 restaurant offering Modern American classic recipes and eclectic new twists on tried-and-true favorites.
